Malta Financial Services Authority Issues Warning Against Bank Invest Capital Ltd

The Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) has become aware of an entity operating under the name Bank Invest Capital Ltd, claiming to have an address in Valletta Malta, which entity purports to be licensed by the MFSA.

The MFSA wishes to alert the public, in Malta and abroad, that the above mentioned entity is NOT a company registered in Malta NOR is it an entity licenced by the MFSA to provide any type of financial service which requires authorisation or a licence in terms of law. Accordingly, the MFSA warns the public against entering into any transactions or otherwise dealing with this entity.

Consumers of financial services are reminded to exercise caution when entering into financial services transactions unless they have ascertained that the entity with whom the transaction is being made is authorised to provide such services by the MFSA or another reputable financial services regulator.
